After you have created or uploaded your document, complete the following 6 steps to make your document available to everyone on the Internet:

  1. Select your file by clicking on the check box.
  2. Click on "Get the link to share…"
  3. Click on the Share button
  4. Select the check box that says "Allow anyone with the link to view (no sign-in required). Make sure the box that says "Also allow them to edit" is NOT checked."
  5. Copy the displayed link to your clipboard.
  6. Click "Save & Close"

That's it! Now you can paste the link from your clipboard into places like emails, blogs, websites and newsletters.
