Changing Your Email Address in WordPress

Want to change your email address in WordPress? There are actually two places you might want to do this: Your Profile and WordPress General Settings

Your Personal Profile

1. Login to WordPress as admin
2. Click on Users in the left-hand menu
3. Click on the admin username
4. Change the E-Mail address in the Contact Info section to YourEmail@address.com
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Update Profile

WordPress General Settings

This is the email address that emails will come from when they are sent by your WordPress site:

1. Click Settings
2. Update the E-Mail Address field
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
