The Validation Challenge

Using the following video as an example of ways to affect your environment and the people around you, validate a minimum of  three people each day this week and notice how you made yourself feel at the end of the week.

Share the challenge with everyone you know.


  • Who did you have to be in order to complete the challenge?

  • What did you start to notice as time went on?
  • Where did you do your validations? At work? At home? At school? While travelling?
