The Validation Challenge
Using the following video as an example of ways to affect your environment and the people around you, validate a minimum of three people each day this week and notice how you made yourself feel at the end of the week.
Share the challenge with everyone you know.
- Who did you have to be in order to complete the challenge?
- Did you find it easy or difficult?
- What did you start to notice as time went on?
- Where did you do your validations? At work? At home? At school? While travelling?
- Who did you validate? Your children, your spouse, your friends, your co-workers, your teachers or maybe even strangers?
- How many people did you validate this week?
